Facial Gymnastics

Keeping your muscles firmer for longer.
50 minutes

SKU: DRHFGT Category:

Dr. Hauschka Facial Gymnastics are exercises that actively strengthen and train the facial muscles to achieve their best possible condition in terms of form, elasticity and function.

You learn how to carefully locate, isolate and exercise specific muscles on the forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, chin and neck to maintain firmness and tone. A course of three hour-long sessions allows you to learn, practice and refine the exercises to ensure that you perform them confidently. The effects are cumulative and progressive and an improvement in the skin tone is often noticed early on.

Both the Facial Firming Treatment and Facial Gymnastics are designed to support our skin as it ages, enhancing a vibrancy which does not decrease with age, to beautifully maintain our skin at its optimum. We all can have a radiant and beautiful face, which perhaps does have lines, and which reflects the story of our rich and varied lives. I have chosen to support my own mature skin naturally using Facial Firming Treatments and Gymnastics and I can see that my face is firmer and more defined.

The Facial Firming and Facial Gymnastics programme is beneficial for everyone, whether or not you have other ‘age-defying’ treatments.
Certainly if you are considering any invasive procedures I can recommend that you first try this unique method of supporting the skin, softening and slowing down the natural signs of ageing.

An fifty-minute lesson costs £60 and a course of three sessions is £172.
