the art of touch: about Grace
I am a free-spirited lover of life and of the natural world.
I practice mindfulness with the intention of being present to the moment and bow to the mystery of it all. And I forget often…
I am constantly curious and fascinated by the physical body that carries each of us through life and by the interplay between our physical, emotional and thought processes and the stories we reveal through our faces.
I feel forever young yet am old enough to know better. A lover of silence and rich conversation. I sleep soundly in a luxurious bed and lie my soul on autumn leaves on a damp day. I am a messy, contradictory human; irredeemably flawed and already enough. My intention is for love, integrity and authentic communication in my life and my work.
“Instructions for living a life.
Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.” ― Mary Oliver
All are welcome here. Whatever race, politics, gender and sexual orientation, faith and other differences, it is our humanity that connects us.
